It has changed hands and now the burgers don’t have that same flame broiled fair burger taste that it had and the buns were smaller but Still great. One of my favorite places to eat.

Mencken Revisited
The ownership of this restaurant is the only thing remarkable about the visit here, though they do have an extensive hamburger menu. Breakfast, not so much. The owner went out of her way to accommodate our group of five.

We used the picnic tables outside due to having dogs with us. The tables are showing their age but still usable. The only wish is that they had dog bowls like it said they had on Bring Fido, as well as had places to clip leashes to.

For a place that’s usually really good and really they stay on top of it and get you your food at a reasonable time I made a trip there and spent an hour in the parking lot waiting on two sandwiches and an order of cheese sticks it has been the worst time I’ve ever spent at Taylor Freeze King and I have gone to Taylor Freeze King for years I don’t know if it’s under new ownership or what but they are very slacking in their promptness on getting you their food. 1am
