I tried ordering an impossible whopper meal and requested the vegetarian option of cooking the meat in a microwave and was denied in a response that they don’t have a microwave at that location. What’s the point of selling a vegetarian burger cooked on the same grill as a non-vegetarian burger.

This is the only fast food place I eat at mainly because it’s a block from my house but also because they have the best fries. The Adams Street BK is known for their crazy good fries (I have no clue why they are so good, but they are) Lastly but most importantly, Nathan is the absolute GOAT. He is always extremely respectful and he never fails to provide fast and excellent service. Nathan deserves a raise. Nathan and I have had an unspoken bond through that drive-through window for years and I finally asked for his name so I could write this review. When I told him I was going to write it, he said “Thank you sir, that is too kind”, in true Nathan fashion. Nathan, if you see this, just know you’re a legend and your work ethic is going to take you places.

I used to drive over to this location because of the service and hot fries. The service here has seriously gone downhill and I’m not talking about the wait. Please bring back the guy with the tattoos on his arms because the guy on the window with the accent is rude. Don’t ask a question about the menu, ask him to repeat himself or add anything to your order last min he’s going to catch a nasty attitude.
