I order a chalupa, some tacos and a quesadilla. Got home to see my chalupa filled with moldy tomatoes. The fool that made this knew they were moldy. Tried to call no answer. Followed up today and was hung up on 4x after someone said hello its taco bell. 5th call finally got an answer and requested the manager. Turns out it was the manager all along. Immediate red flag!!! I explained the issue. Even offered to bring the food back. She offered to make a new one or give a refund. Well of course I dnt want more food and hoping my kids arent sick from this. What a disservice. i will not be returning. If I could give zero stars I would!!!!

I ordered a delivery order from here through the Taco Bell app. It was late getting here, it was cold, and worst of all? It was completely the wrong order! I called the store hoping they would fix their error, but no. First the shift manager tried blaming the delivery driver for grabbing the wrong bag. When I told her that it was the stores fault, not the drivers, because the bag had my receipt on it and was still sealed from when they made it at the store, she stumbled over what to say, then no blamed the app. I told her that I honestly didn’t care who was to blame, I just wanted it fixed. She then informed me that I’d have to request a refund through the app. Unfortunately, the process for that is really unclear and overly difficult. When I told her that, she just replied will the store manager will be in at 6AM if I want to call and talk to her. I said, “that’s all well and good, but how does that help me tonight? My family’s hungry and I’m out $25. What an supposed to do for dinner for my family now?” Her only response was to hang up on me. After calling her back (three times before she’d answer, by the way) I asked her the same question again and all I got was an audible shrug and a repeat chorus of “the store manager will be in at 6AM and you can call and talk to her.” Absolutely furious that Taco Bell did this and refuses to make it right. The app should allow the stores more functionality, the stores should be able to do something. It’s not right that a paying customer gets screwed because an employee screwed up and the acting manager refuses to correct said error.

Not bad place. I mean fast food is fast food, but in every business co-operation is key. They seemed to have really good communication in the kitchen with the team. Sarah usually seems to go above and beyond with her team.

Usually pretty good, better than the tbell in tarpon or on 19. They still screw up sometimes though, like forgetting my taco and me not noticing till I’m home. Or Lettuce on my taco even tho I request no Lettuce. But the food quality is really good here even if a few items are missing and guilty I know they’d give me it if I looked which I don’t always do so I’ll take partial blame.
