Ordered food was not informed they were out of ranch till I got my sandwich which was supposed to contain ranch. So the sandwich didn’t contain everything. They also refused to give a to go box because I choose “dine in “ at a mall store front Charleys. They offered me a foil to cover the remainder of my food. I love Charleys and I’m starting to understand the lack of quality in Charleys at malls.

I just got back from Charlies and boy , am I ever full! The food was good too, solid portions of great quality. Their Philly Cheesesteak can’t be beat, and the Grilled Chicken is amazing also. Wack says they close at 8pm got there at 7:05 for the manager to tell me “we’re closed” seemed like they were lying because a bunch of other food places in the mall were still open. Update your hours so there’s no confusion and you guys need additional training on customer service

Very rude and unprofessional staff. I am an Uber driver and this is the second time I’ve had a problem with the staff giving me attitude and ignoring me while I’m waiting a long time for my order to be given to me. Keep in mind the order was already ready both times so while I’m waiting for any of the staff to pay attention to me, the customers food is just getting colder. All I needed was for them to hand me my order.
