Food was great kids loved their build your own taco kit. I love how you can order online so you can just drive by and pick it up. The outside of the store was being kept up nice and clean with gardeners there actually working on the grass and bushes.

I’ve had Chipotle many times but not at this fairly new location. When we arrived it was somewhat busy. I order a sofritas burrito bowl and my husband ordered the steak burrito bowl. The staff was friendly through the ordering processes. We received a good amount of portions in our bowls. Some tables seemed to be dirty when we were going to find a place to sit. We found a clean spot and sat down to eat. As soon as the staff was freed up they went out to the lobby to clean the tables, so that’s a plus. We enjoyed our burrito bowls which were just as I expected. My husband who’s a bit pickier even enjoyed his burrito bowl. Good experience here.

My order was correct but one of the ladies gave me the wrong meat (not her fault there’s a lot going on in the kitchen) but I paid for chips and salsa and got way less than half a bag, I can even see the bottom of the bag without moving any chips and that was disappointing. If possible I’d rate 3.5

I had never eaten at Chipotle before but this place opened up not long ago. I decided to stop and try it out. Didn’t know the options but the young ladies behind the counter were very nice and patient with me. They explained everything and I opted for a bowl. I was very happy once I got home and ate my food. I will definitely be coming here more often. One thing I will say is. Please keep the people you have there now. Not only treat them good but pay them good too. One of the main reasons I will return is because of the service I received today. These guys keep your store shoppers happy so treat and pay them good.

One of the worst managed Chipotle locations I’ve come across. Paid $1.85 for chips, turns out there were only a few pieces in the bag. Paid $9+ for a bowl, and it wasn’t even half full. They gave half a scoop of chicken and barely a scoop of rice. Location needs new management and better training. Don’t waste your time or money here, just go to the one at Brooks City Base.
