Ordered for pickup and found 2 hairs in my sandwich (photos attached). I submitted a customer service complaint stating that I wanted someone from Firehouse to contact me about it, and I never heard back from them. I submitted a second request and was left unanswered yet again. Paid $15 for this and didn’t even get to eat it, nor was I offered a refund. I do not recommend

Went to the Orangeburg location a day earlier and waited nearly 40 minutes fut a sub. I went inside this 1 and ordered a hot sub and walked outside and less than 4 minutes later waitress came outside with my food. Very delicious

Ordered a cheesesteak sub, had it 2 minutes later. Cold with the cheese already melted and set, completely soaked through the bread. Pretty sure that just gave me a sandwich that had been sitting out.

The atmosphere has changed drastically since the TV”s have been removed. I never stay and eat in there. Employees are friendly, helpful, and polite. Food is delicious and served quickly. Having the TV and radio on at the same time is disconcerting.

I feel bad for this Firehouse location because they are so understaffed given the walk-in traffic they receive. The cashier apologized and said they only have 3 workers today. Be sure to tip them extra if you have the time to go. The food is good but you have to wait a long time and will take up your entire lunch break!

My first experience here due to staff was VERY unpleasant. I would never have went back but my boss wanted lunch there today so I went to pick it up. The lady at the counter named Blue completely changed my mind and I would love to come there as long as the staff is like her. Friendly and bright and truly takes care of customers.
