I went on a hum bug it was on the way home. I ordered a chicken platter with rice, seafood salad and baked mac n cheese. I thought this was a soulfood eatery from the menu options and thats not what I got. The chicken was thigh meat and yellow rice. It reminded me of the chicken and rice platters you get from the halal food trucks in philly for like $5. The baked mac and cheese I probably won’t order it again. The greens were not to my liking. That was a huge disappointment. The seafood salad idk what to make of it. Wasn’t like any seafood salad i ever had. Wouldn’t order it again. they have really good reviews maybe I ordered the wrong thing. I might have to stick to the fried foods, simple stuff. ill stay away from ordering their platters and sides though. I’ll update if I ever go back and have a better experience. But everything I had tonight was not satisfactory.

The food is always on point! I’ve been supporting this business since they had the food truck across from William Penn High School. I’m glad to see they have expanded. This time I went with the salmon egg rolls and the seafood salad. The egg rolls were delicious! You have to get their homemade sauce to go with them. It definitely enhances your meal. The seafood salad was just ok in my opinion. I’m used to my seafood salad being a little different in texture. If you’re in the area and you want some great food definitely give these guys a try.

Saw this place online a while ago and finally had a chance to stop by. The store is super clean inside. Got the salmon egg rolls and the buffalo chicken egg rolls. Both good but the salmon are top notch. The collard greens were good, the sweet potatoes tasted fresh and not overly sweetened like other places do which was nice to have just a simple mashed sweet potato. The plug sauce is really good too. Wife had max and cheese which was really good too. We bought banana pudding which is ok, nothing special just your basic banana pudding. Overall though the food was amazing and I’ll be back for sure.

I treated my employees to lunch as they work very hard and deserve the best. While scrolling through Door Dash restaurants I noticed that 302 Food Plug had great reviews so I placed my order. I ordered the shrimp over rice with the plug sauce! Truly amazing, the food presentation was awesome. The seafood salad is good however my peer did not like it said it lacked flavor.

This place lives up to the hype! The ONLY thing that I would say is that my husband’s complaint was the amount of cheese that he saw in pics as opposed to what he received….but, the food was delicious and the customer service was even better! From the cashier to the cooks, everyone was polite, kind and accommodating! Highly recommend.

I have mixed feelings. I gave it a 4 because of the potential and the execution of what they did serve. I really wanted to give it a 3 but it was still good. They use pre-breaded in a bag (i.e. like Costco or something) fish. I was so sad. They fried it perfectly. The sides were decent but for the price I’m expecting freshly battered fresh fish. Not worth the price but good food. Staff is a fun bunch and pretty sweet too. I’ll say go try it but it’s not top on my list of places to go back to.

The banana pudding was on point… the shrimp loaded fries and shrimp in general was delicious… A couple of the shrimp were overcooked… But the majority of it was delicious… Rice was plain…. The egg rolls… I think we just got them on a bad day… They seemed like they were refried… They were hard.. chewy.. tough… Not much flavor.. and super dry….the mac and cheese wasnt really edible… The sweet potatoes.. were ok.. just full of strings from the potatoes…I would probably give them another chance… Store was pretty busy…. They did seem a little overwhelmed… Like most stores these days… But seems like a nice little spot… I will update and give them another chance soon… I see the potential

The greasiest food I’ve ever had in my life. The Mac and cheese is literally shining in congealed grease. The salmon egg rolls are deep fried grease. I definitely won’t go back.
