Attitudes are out of control. Placed an order and was asked 2x if my order was correct, 2x I said no I asked for extra fries for my kids meals. The young man said yes I know I got it, go to the window only to find out SURPRISE there were no extra fries. Then I told the woman and she said well you confirmed it was right at the window. Me and my husband said NO ACTUALLY we said it was incorrect. She huffed and puffed and gave us the extra fries. We go here solely for connivence. Should hire more competent workers with a better attitude.

Must be under new management, i came here to give it one more chance since its been so long- and was pleasantly surprised by my service. The person at the window was so awesome. Great personality and gave me a free dessert coupon. The food itself was super fresh! And made proportionately. I havent been here since, however it changed my views on this location. Like most McDonald’s, the food can be hit or miss. My visit today was a good one. Food was fresh and fries were hot and crispy just like they should be. My only complaint was I had to wait extra time to order because they direct all customers to use the kiosk to order but I had a coupon offer and I had to wait for someone to take the order. Wasn’t a huge issue and the woman was pleasant while processing my request. I was would recommend this location if you live in the area.
