KFC used to be a favorite of ours! USED to be!! Not only have the portions become smaller…they’ve become more expensive!! At this particular one we ordered the 4-piece ‘Original Recipe’. It came with a biscuit, 1 side & a drink. We ordered another drink as well. The total…$19!! The chicken pieces were incredibly small & they were a little dry! The coleslaw side & the biscuit were good. The drinks? My lemonade was good. My friend’s root beer I’m sure would’ve tasted fine too, however, we didn’t get the chance to find out because the lid was ill-fitting & came off & drenched not only my friend’s lap but my car seat as well!! Even in the cup holder the lid kept coming off! As we’re driving away…we see an ad on one of the back windows advertising a 12-piece for LESS than what we just paid for our 4-piece meal!! WHAT?!? Had the sign been out where you could see if BEFORE or WHILE you’re ordering we would’ve ordered that instead!! Overall experience: Sorry KFC…just being honest here!

The cashier offered us a good deal for 4 persons. Looks it was some hidden offers! He should be more friendly though. Fries was salty and tasty. Chickens was crunchy but a little bit overcooked. Totally we were happy with our food.

I don’t usually do reviews but it’s honestly really upsetting that I’ve come here 4 times to order a spicy famous bowl and repeatedly 4 times have been given regular. Some was drive through order and door dash. I used to work at food service so I do give the benefit of the doubt but after a while it does get very frustrating when it’s the same mistake over a simple order . Y’all should really read the screens better and check orders please .

Other than the homeless person sleeping in a booth with all their gear, it was good. Difficult conversation with my 6 year old. Food was consistently in line with KFC standards and delicious! Service was very good as well…

I placed an order on the app and employees could not find it even though I had a confirmation number. I paid again thinking the charge would drop off but nope…double charged…and food wasn’t even that good! I had to wait 12 mins for a pot pie and the rest of the food was not fresh

This is the “large” popcorn chicken. Nothing but condescending attitude from the “manager” when I brought it up. All six pieces were ice cold, the biscuits we got were rock hard, the mashed potatoes were similar to paste mixed with sand. The gravy was ok. Paid a bunch of money for a very small amount of mostly inedible food.

Why does my chicken look like it’s been out since the first batch of chicken was made this morning! fries were more than stale, basically stiff, and the chicken… jeez, that stuff was dryer then hell, almost had Cotten mouth while eating☠️… I mean I get it I ordered at night but still, nightly orders should still be the same quality as anytime in the day. My whole meal was inedible expect for the biscuits, mash potatoes, and coleslaw… kinda… all I can say was at least the lady that took my order was nice

I ordered Nashville hot wings and the seasoning was all clumped on top of the wings and they were severely over cooked. Completely inedible and disgusting. Very disappointed. I wouldn’t feed this to my worst enemy.

I don’t leave a lot of reviews but I wanted to give the staff working at this location a huge shout out for the service I received this morning. I needed a lot of chicken in a short amount of time, or at least I thought it was considering I’ve worked in fast food before and I know it takes time to cook that much chicken. Regardless, they were rock-stars and got it done by the time I needed it. It was fresh, juicy and delicious and everyone at the event I brought it to loved it! The staff even helped me in making sure I was aware of all the specials they had available. They were helpful, courteous and just a pleasure to work with. Thanks for all your hard work and great help.
