Food was good, fries were warm and crispy. I did order 5 mcchickens and 5 mcdoubles, 3 large fries and 10 pc chicken nuggets at 12 am, they close at 1 am. While eating our meal, we discovered the following nice note from them… I would understand their frustration if I had ordered close to closing time but we ordered a whole hour before closing! Rude..

This place can be hit or miss. We’ve eaten inside four times lately in the last few weeks, preordering in the app for table service. Twice our food was brought to the table and was perfect. Twice we had to go get the food and items were missing. We really love the idea of table service, especially with two kids, but they haven’t worked out the kinks of the execution of it quite yet.

All 5’s because of this one lady. I don’t know her name but she has glasses, piercings, hair in a bun and wearing a neon vest. I think she was wearing something around her neck. Came from 66. She was awesome!! I saw her with multiple customers and she was friendly, energetic and was great at her job at the same time. Hope she stays!!

I went to this McDonalds today and received some of the best service I have ever received. I had to place my order at the counter because the kiosk won’t let you add Big Mac sauce and shredded lettuce to a double cheeseburger. I was greeted by Elias who had the best attitude in the world. I went to use my credit card and there were some issues with the machine. Elias was very polite and then took ownership of the issue in the kindest of ways. He is definitely an asset to this McDonalds. Great Job!!!

I don’t normally write reviews or complaints because I know some days are rough at work, and today being July 4th I understand that being at work is upsetting, I would be too. However, that being said I was kinda took back by the way in which my food was handled, the people at the drive through etc were nice but when I got home with my food it looked as if someone threw my burger together and then punched it lol, I know it’s McDonald’s so I don’t expect the best of care when it comes to good but with it being as if my burger got beat up, plus the half of pound of mayo oozing out front he burger,along with the burger looking old, I simply could eat it. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble but you can’t treat people’s food like this even if your are upset.

Went through the drive through at 8:45pm for 2 crispy chickens, one big Mac, and one 10 piece I was the second one in line paid for my food got up to the second window to get my food and was asked to park it would by 2 minutes, next thing I know I’m still there 20 minutes later a girl comes out and brings me the wrong food so she asked me to wait she will go in and see what happened. I sit there another 10 minutes then I go in to ask what happened spoke to the manager he tells me my food was given to someone else he said I’m sorry then walks away the cooks in the back said it will be another 5 minutes they are cooking it! I finally get my food at 9:35!!! Very disappointed!!!
