Man! Elite Nutrition is the place to be! The atmosphere is very welcoming and Jackie has a huge, welcoming personality that makes you want to stay in there for hours! Her protein shakes and energy teas are unmatched and the best part is they are all healthy! She also has protein waffles (with fresh fruit) and protein donuts which are delicious! You can tell that her goal is to educate the community on ways to be healthy without cutting out what you might love. I can almost guarantee that you will like something coming out of the store and if you need suggestions, she’s got you! I love coming in here and knowing I am making a better choice than going to McDonalds or Popeyes all the time. There honestly needs to be more places like these around. Great spot to try for meal replacement or need for energy. I get a protein shake and not even hungry for lunch. Energy teas really work. Great waffles served on Wednesday and Saturday. Jackie and her staff are so welcoming and I think much nicer than going to Starbucks.

My husband and I loves Jackie! I am so grateful we have a place that have healthy alternatives. Every time my son gets his braces adjusted he goes there to get a smoothie as a meal replacement. He loves them and I am grateful he’s not missing a meal because his in pain from the adjustment. A WIN WIN!
