This location is by far one of the worst. Staff is rude, yelling across the store cursing and the whole dining room was filthy! We literally had to clean a table just to sit down to eat. The newer employee that was taking our order had absolutely no help from any senior employees so it took 15mins to place our order. Drink station is filthy as well. Our order was wrong to top everything else off. Now I know why this place was so empty.

I should mention that the Fowlers no longer own the franchises in Jonesboro. They sold almost all of them to some guy named Chris, i think. There was an article in the local newspaper about it. You can look it up. This must be why the customer service is below average.

Customer service is awful. They charge more than the menu says. The fries were stale even though I was assured they would be fresh. The sandwich was made incorrectly. Employees are non-existent at the front counter. Last week, the doors were even locked, drive through only. The best thing would be to close this location down.

We went through the drive through. When I ordered with no dairy and then said no cheese or sour cream on either. The woman snipped at me and said, “I know what dairy is”. Then when we received our order my taco indeed had sour cream on it. Also the quesadilla with 4 sections had filing on 2 of the 4 pieces. The whole order looked like no one cared how messy they were. Awful experience for $25. I should’ve said cancel the order as soon as she was hateful because there must be a culture of unhappiness in this place. Sad.

Everyone that works for this place needs to be fired by far the worst kind of people if you don’t like your job or rude to other people then why work there I came home from work wanted to take my family to get something to eat cause we are all drained out from the previous day. I don’t expect to deal with people rudeness an stupidity the little black girl who thinks she’s a guy with her pants past her ankles didn’t give me a receipt so do you expect me to know what I ordered I went back in to get what I thought I paid for but not knowing what I got because I didn’t get a receipt so I go back an an let them know I am missing an item an they act so damn rude about it I’m scared to eat my food the dude in the back is a scum bag hope you have the day you deserve buddy cause you couldn’t make it in my world the owner needs to watch some cameras this place is hideous

The store is pretty dated, clean but looks dull and severely aged… service is much better than the other Taco bell here but the food at this restaurant, they definitely need to watch hold times and possibly cook times…the KFC part of it was not so good…chicken was sitting for a while and over cooked in dirty grease…the taco bell I got on this visit was slopped together, I wore more of it then I could even bring to my mouth. Also it says online it closes at 11 but if you show up at 10-1030 they will not answer the order box and if you think at window you are rudely greeted and told that they are closed regardless of the times that are online. I’m not sure if this is just for certain shifts and workers or if it’s all the time…but all in all if get this taco bell vs the stand alone taco bell on Caraway

Living an hour away, we decided to try and eat in the dining room. After waiting at the counter, we were finally told that the counter was closed due to lack of employees. We were told that we would have to use the drive through and then could eat in the dining room. I so appreciate the staff allowing us to eat inside, but it’s horrible that there isn’t enough staff to run the place.

place is disgusting, only one table in the entire dining area was clean enough to sit at, takes 10+ minutes just to get your order taken, bugs crawling everywhere, food comes out cold a majority of the time. would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Terrible and rude service. I’ve got to clean my own table just to find a clean one. getting someone to the counter is always a nightmare. Food is inconsistent and normally cold after the 20-30min wait.
