After 14 years, I finally found a vietnamese restaurant that serve broken rice. Overall, the food was great. The spring roll (summer roll) in here was great. The egg roll is also delicious. During this visit, I order sliced pork rice plate. Everything is good but the pork is just okay. My friend order pork chop rice plate with tofu skin wrapped shrimp and both are delicious. Recommend to eat here and absolutely will come back here for vietnamese food. The restaurant has variety of food.

Such good food. I got the crispy stir fry noodles with chicken which the server recommended to me, the texture was not what I expected at all, but in the best possible way. Noodles had a good chew and crunch, the sauce was thick and yummy especially with the pepper you can add yourself on the table. Thai Iced tea was delicious too. Very full and very happy.

Doan’s has been my go to for Vietnamese since day one. It is a family owned business with delicious food. When the mom is there which is most of the time, I get her to make an avocado and green bean smoothie. My favorites are vermicelli with pork and egg roll V2, grilled beef fresh rolls, yellow pancake, pho tai and grilled pork chop with broken rice. If you have never been just show them this and order all of it.

Stopped here to get some Vietnamese food after returning from Iceland via New York. Pho (dac biet) was very good, portion was large, price very reasonable. Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef udon) was good, wish the had pigs feet or blood cubes. The fried tofu & summer rolls (goi cuon) were just ok, wish they add some fresh herbs in the rolls. Place was busy. Service was quick, but I did have to flag down our server. Iced milk coffee was great, strong & sweet. 4.5 is a fair score for this place. Very extensive menu, would like to return & try other items – 2.5 hrs drive for us from Augusta, GA.

After begging and begging my partner to try something different, the first time left a really good impression ! The Tom Yum packed tons of flavor , the broth was excellent didn’t leave a drop. My partner got the Vermicelli with pork and I got the Singapore style noodles ( both really tasty choices ) . Nothing was left on the plate . Coming back again

Found this hidden gem today searching for Pho near me. No one spoke English as their first language (good sign), not even the customers. For quite a while I was the only white guy. That’s how I knew it would be legit when i walked in. I couldn’t stop eating. I ordered the bubbly lemonade (made fresh, very sweet), the crispy egg roles (yum of course) and the Pho with Brisket and Ribeye. The egg roles were a nice size (2); not too thick. The pho was a giant bowl of goodness. Fresh ingredients and tender meats. I will be coming back here.

Wow tried this place for the first time today. I had the beef spring rolls and the beef brisket/eye round steak pho. I’ve been eating Vietnamese food for more than a decade and found it difficult to find a top notch place in Charlotte. This is where you need to go for some real Vietnamese cuisine. Spectacular

The food is delicious and the servers are very friendly. Because Vietnamese food is new to us they were extra attentive to our discovering their food. I have to say, very gracious and helpful. I’m now addicted! I’ve been there 4 times in the last 2 weeks. The food is fresh, scrumptious and plentiful. We originally went in for an iced coffee but ended up eating. I’m so glad we stayed! So far, all the food is wonderful, but my favourite is the #E5 house special noodle soup & the grilled mussel appetizer. Yummy!
