Hands down the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Would not even take my order tonight. Said I had to download the app and order online while sitting at the drive through. Anastasia tonight was the only one in the store working, taking orders and making the food one of them being one item of 14 orders! THE ONLY WORKER!! MEXICAN PIZZAS ARE BACK‼️ They now have a VEGGIE version, which the only difference is no meat, but that’s how I always ordered it. I took off one star because I got home and the Mexican pizza had meat on it but I went back and they fixed it right away. The one photo is with meat. The other is the Veggie.

Tables were sticky and they seemed to be severely short staffed. I came at dinner time and only 2 maybe 3 people were working. They were courteous and managed the best they could, but the wait was pretty extreme.

The atmosphere isn’t cheerful. Employees probably get paid garbage. No professionalism in the management or higher ups. An employee: Anastasia was literally alone on a Sunday night all by herself which I find absurd and that she was taken advantage of. I say at times like this you better close shop. Anybody with dignity would’ve walked out.

Hefner and Rockwell taco bell is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE do not eat at this restaurant. It had a horrible oder and the staff refused to take my order made me spend 15 mins trying to operate their self ordering system. I wouldn’t ever choose this location again . They have made it extremely hard on the customer just to order food if I wanted to be a cashier I would have applied for a job.

The food was good, but I ordered the deluxe cravings box and I got home and didn’t have my chicken chalupa so we went back and told them that we never received it and he said that they were out of chicken! So why are they not giving me the chalupa or asking me while I was in the Drive-Thru if I wanted to substitute the meat for something else I should not have had to drive home and come back for them to ask me if I wanted steak or ground beef in my chalupa this is just ridiculous.

Pretty bad. The manager Danny, aka Daniel, what I have observed, is very shallow and has a bad temperament. There was even a time soap wasn’t available in the women’s restroom for the longest time. It’s not very sanitary.

10 mins in drive-through without moving. Drove across the street to braums. Ordered, got my food, and left and still saw i would not have even made it to the pay window yet. I try this location about once a year and same results.
