When I want to try a more fancy Mexican restaurant than the regular and more cozy ones, Fiesta Del Mar Too is always my number one choice.

Really great ambience! But the service was indifferent. And the $30.99 shrimp fajitas I got (because the menu said they specialized in shrimp dishes) was surprisingly tasteless. Not many shrimp paired with vegetables ultimately too oily for me to eat. Good thing: I got the vegetables to go, thinking I should not waste them, and had the best moment of my night when I gave them to a grateful guy on the street.

Service is pretty slow, but the free chips and salsa are nice. My friend got the carne asada plate but it ended up just being an overdone strip steak effectively so not worth the $$.

I went for the nachos (with no meat). I liked the fried beans on top, nicely baked nachos, cream, cheese, guac, and everything else. It was neatly done, and on top, delectable. The staff was very friendly as well.
