The food was fresh. You have to ask for cold slaw. I could not give a higher score because they have a washroom but paying customers can not use it. I believe it was the owner who sits by the front door. He laughed when the request was made to use the bathroom.

Cashier was rude and on her phone the whole time, the cooks were in the back cursing loudly and using vulgar language, and the tables were full of random junk from the employees, because the restaurant was empty. Nobody had on hairnets and there were literally shoes on the table. After waiting 20 minutes and asking a different associate if the order was ready, she snapped at me for doing so. That worker then turned around and asked what she was looking at on the phone. Luckily I was only dooing DoorDash, but I personally would never eat here. Customer service was terrible.

I love the food it’s freshly cook, the wait time is perfect for fresh cooked food. My friends and I love this new location and the manager, cashier and cooks are so friendly, they made me feel like family, I have nothing negative to say about this convenient location except keep doing what your doing, I love it.

I’m from Arkansas and us Southerners love fried food. I asked my FB friends/followers who had the best chicken spot in Chicago. Every comment was Harold’s. Even people from my hometown, in Arkansas, agreed. I must say….they did not disappoint me and Harold’s don’t owe me nothing!!!!

Once again I gave this restaurant the benefit of a doubt after having poor customer service some time ago but once again I placed a order thinking maybe last time was just a bad day for the cashier but I was wrong the cashier today was extremely unprofessional and very rude it might not mean anything to this business but you don’t have to ever worry about my business again and as a business owner I as well as this franchise should realize you never really know who you are conducting business with so everyone should be treated with respect thank you God bless
