Always loved Chinese food. We had it at least a few times each week when I was growing up in Metro Detroit. I have walked by Dragon Express many times when I run up to Target, finally tried it last night. We picked up the sweet and sour chicken, Orange chicken, some soup (for my husband). I requested the brown rice to replace the white. I wish they would mix the sweet and sour sauce into the chicken but I guess providing it to you in a container to pour over when you get home, is how it’s done for carry out. I think after tasting both, I prefer the orange chicken because of it’s texture.

We ordered thru door dash. We had hibachi and general TSO chicken and egg rolls. The egg rolls r great. The steak was ok. The scallops were not great. But the general TSO was horrible..well unless u want it to taste like buffalo ckn wings…which I don’t.

Ordered the sesame chicken which was hard to chew and lacked flavor. Rice was good and spring roll was top notch. Chicken needed work and since it’s the main part of the meal, I scored it a 3/5 bc it wasn’t good. It was just okay.

I’m super picky about my Chinese take-out. This was probably one of the worst meals I’ve had. First time trying their food and won’t be back. The sesame chicken was lacking in sauce and bland. No flavor at all. The fried rice looks like there was an attempt to fry it. The wings are nice a crispy and the best part of the meal but still bland. I’ll just drive the extra 15 minutes to Pagoda off sunset from now on. They have the best take out in the city!!

This is a great fast food Asian restaurant. Mostly Chinese. Its not much to look at they could us some coloring and brightening. But the food is really good and fast. I highly recommend them.
