Stopped in for a lunch break with co-workers. There was a slight line but it moved quickly. I tried something new, the slim pizza sub, it was ok, could’ve used more cheese. I normally order the chicken salad-salad. We were able to eat and return to work within our designated lunch time.

Disappointed because my family and I have been coming here for yearsss. All of a sudden they don’t know the difference between “light” and “regular” hot peppers. The last 2 orders had to be thrown in the trash, even after scraping the peppers off, Light peppers taste like heavy and regular taste like extreme and messy, never experienced this til now

We love coming to this potbellys. The staff is always great. They don’t seem like they hate their jobs. Everything we order is always consistent and fresh. Of course the chicken salad is amazing. The atmosphere is relaxed and the decor is vintage. Just an all around great place to get a sandwich!

I wanted to give a shoutout to the team that was there on 1/24 when they had a gas leak. Myself and 5 coworkers placed an order for pickup and when we got there they had just reopened because there was a gas leak! Obviously our food wasn’t ready and they were doing their best to get the ovens warmed up and the lights back on. The young man working the register really went above and beyond in giving us amazing service. He personally pushed through our refunds and was thoughtful enough to call us to confirm that he would take care of everything a few hours later. Needless to say my refund was back that same day and he was our personal hero! Thank you, sir. I wish I’d asked for your name.

The service was terrible at this store. The girl who made my sandwiches was fine, but the man who checked me out, I told him I still needed 2 milkshakes to finish my order. He told me it would be a few minutes to make them. Both workers then proceeded to take care of 4 more customers and make their orders and made me wait for the milkshakes until they were finished with the other customers. In the meantime, my sandwiches got cold. Everybody else was gone or sitting down eating and I was still there. Will never return to this location again.
