Typically, this Pizza Hut does a fantastic job but today my family and I were very disappointed with our order. We tend to try the promotions and today it was the New York Style pizza. This pizza was overcooked as it was dried and hard. It was so dried out, the cheese was brown and the pepperoni was dried out. My family normally eat pizza crusts but not today. This just wasn’t a good pizza. Very disappointed!

The delivery driver just left our food outside the door, he never knocked or anything and we didn’t request no contact delivery, he just left 70 dollars worth of food outside. After almost 2 hours we called the location to find out the food had been delivered, keep in mind we were waiting for a knock at the door…but he just left the food on the ground and walked away I guess. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE.

This has become our new “go to” Pizza Hut! The pizza is always hot, the crust is cooked thoroughly and the edges are always nice and crispy but not burnt!! I’m a repeat customer & I definitely recommend the location at 2299 Johns Hopkins Rd in Gambrills,MD!!

Hours online state open at 11. Drove my 4 year old to the store at 11:40 to grab some pizza. He likes pizza hut. Door also says opens at 11. Door is locked. Employee inside refuses to look at door as we knock. Try to give him the benefit of the doubt and call. Employee will not answer phone. I can understand that things happen, but put a sign up or let the multiple customers waiting outside know that something is going on. This is how you lose customers.

The “Detroit deluxe pizza” didn’t have the authentic pizza texture and taste like a Detroit or NY-style pizza, which is oiled and appropriately seasoned with oregano and other spices. Finally, the toppings were scarce and meager, served with a fluffy doe that overpowers the added toppings. Thanks.
