Drive-thru order so I can’t really judge the atmosphere. Placed order then had to wait almost 10 min. For the food. Was kinda upset about that but once we ate, the food was very fresh and very good! Definitely stop here if you like Arby’s, just expect to wait. But food will be worth it. I just wish curly fries were hotter.

I had written a review a few days ago and it was taken down…. This location has changed drastically and is no longer a good restaurant to go to. First .. they no longer have the potato cakes.. curly fries were recooked and very hard that would crush into pieces. Other food was not up to par and definitely not worth the price we paid. Restaurant tables and floor needed some cleaning. Only a few tables were occupied and they did have enough staff to keep up with the cleaning. My reply from the first review was such a long website that I wished it was something shorter.. most likely a dummy website. The restaurants are wondering why people aren’t going out to restaurants as much… they need to look at how they are making the food and stop giving people below standard food.

The reason behind my score is because I had gone through drive thru order 4 classic beef an cheddar’s and a order of mozzarella sticks instead of giving us mozzarella sticks they gave us and charged us for jalapeno poppers they were good about correcting they mistake though which made me happy

Tried to go into lobby to order takeout at 6:50 P.M. Jan 25th 2023. Doors locked with no updated lobby hours posted showing what time they closed lobby. Drive-thru not an option: I’m not being that moron that tries to go through Drive-thru with a semi-truck and trailer. I’m also not walking through Drive-thru, that’s typically not allowed or is frowned upon.

Wanted to try the new Wagyu burger….it was ok…..got it with just cheese so I could taste the beef…..cooked a little too well for my liking…..picture on menu board shows it a pink center….mine was a little more well done. Not really worth $6.99
