Similar to golden bowl but they could do better on the chicken. I got a lemonade fountain drink and a fly came out. Showed the lady and she charged me extra to upgrade to Gatorade sealed drink. Aside from that chicken was ok

I cannot stress enough on how delicious and heartwarming this chicken is. I always go for the large chicken teriyaki plate and it never fails. Chicken is always cooked to perfection never undercooked as well as their rice. It’s always hot and fresh. I love that the sauce is not to sweet, they nailed it in my opinion. Make sure to not forget to add aguacate, it’s always so fresh and at its peak!

First of all i gave this place more than 3 chances, the ladies at the front are very rude, with no customer service skills at all. The food was edible until this last time, the rice was very mushy, more than regular, way too soft and wet. The meat was hard. The fountain drink tastes flat and has a weird after taste like the fountain has never been cleaned, so i asked to substitute it for a can drink and pay the difference, instead i was charged for an extra drink. I paid $17 for a beef/chicken plate and a can drink. Way too much for fast food. Not coming back.

1st and last time coming here…..I ordered the #1 chicken plate to go. As I opened up the plate, the lettuce was submerged with a centimeter of water why??? water which got into the dumplings and to the rice…..gets worse the chicken is dark and black, the Taste of the chicken is bad, the only flavor I acquired to my palate was the teriyaki sauce the cook throws into…..garbage place and unsatisfactory flavor

Very disappointed with the customer service at this place. Especially the phone service. I have called three times this afternoon and the first time, someone answered and hung up. The second time, I was on hold for 10 minutes. The third time, they placed me on hold and it’s been a while and I still haven’t been able to place my order (screenshot of phone wait time attached). I decided to drive by instead and the place was empty. Food is good, don’t get me wrong, but with this type of service, I’ll make this place a second or even a third option moving forward.

First time trying a beef bowl from here and I’m genuinely impressed! I figured it would taste the same as other places, most notably Yoshinoya, but the meat has more flavor. I got my bowl nice and hot, rice perfectly fluffy, beef was saucy but not too much to the point where it’s all soggy. It does everything right, with friendly cashiers to boot. I urge people in the area to give them a try
