Should have known better, pizza at a gas station. Yet fond memories of Sbarro from my youth prevailed. Ordered combo online and failed out twice resulting in a double charge on my credit card. Arrived for pick up and did not have the pizza I ordered so had to substitute and wait. Fountain drink was from the gas station which had several flavors out and the mix was off for Pepsi. No dipping sauce included as pictured. Should have stuck with the memories.

Went to check out this Sbarro’s out for the 3rd time since it was first open last year. Strangely, I’ve saw an old great manager that I’ve met before at a similar pizza joint working here this time. Sentual is his name! Just like at the old job he worked as a manager, he done great serving me, and didn’t disappoint at all. It looked he ran this whole restaurant all by hisself too.

I have been into the location inside Marathon off of 96th Street a few times for lunch but twice now I have tried to order pizza for dinner around 6:00 and 7:00 p.m. both times being closed and this most recent time I ordered online it said they were open I even paid and when I got there nobody was there but my receipt was printed out because the gas station attendant saw it. Now I have to go back again to get my refund.
