Now I have been to Sonics all over the US and it has never taken 40min for a burger. Idk what’s going on but they need some serious management. The guy taking my order was rude and very short. I finally said cancel the order and refund my money… After calling multiple times and being rudely told I will receive my refund in a couple days I still have yet to receive my money it is now almost April! Do not waste your time or money here!!!

They can’t get the order right.. ever. I pay extra for bacon…but they don’t put it on. I order fries and get tots, order onion rings and get nothing. They won’t answer the phone and their mailbox is full…and I order on the app.

Our food is always made to order they’re always fast courteous and friendly sometimes we come at the last minute and they still make sure we get everything we ordered even though they’re getting ready to close their food is great they have great deals like the $2 craves and food for points I love the app and you can do custom orders and everything’s great we love it even our doggies love the pups in our kitty cat loves it too

Slowest sonic in Texas!! The food is horrible I gave my chicken nuggets to the dog ! Cold and hard thanks! I only went because they were the only thing open at 10:30 at night! Next time I think I’ll just drive to Lufkin!
