What a great little gem off the square in downtown McKinney! Wonderful ambiance and a tasty menu. Stuffed chicken was superb and my wife enjoyed the smoked salmon. Our son had the small shrimp romoulade, which he really liked. I’d definitely recommend Eclair Bistro for a nice date night!! Camille was a delightful hostess and her suggestions we’re on point. Oh,and live music upstairs on Friday and Saturday night!

Very unique. French cajun style food with a funky atmosphere. The food was great. We had the the Escargot appetizer and Beef Bourguignon and Rack of Lamb with Dark Cherry Mint glaze as main entrees. My husband was especially pleased that the mint sauce was more savory than sweet. Both meats were extremely tender and flavorful. Our waitstaff was very solicitous and accommodating. This place is pretty different from a lot of the eateries in the downtown McKinney area and definitely worth checking out.

Deliciously different… Maine lobster and sea scallops with pasta and curried roasted cauliflower, all complemented by Sazerac martinis. Then upstairs for live jazz and Old Fashioneds. Not bad for a steamy Friday night!

Great atmosphere, great staff. The food was fantastic. Crab cakes are the best. My wife had the smoked salmon and I had the main lobster and scallop pasta. I had an issue with my lobster tail not fully cooked, but they fixed it w/out any hassle. Taking our dessert home.

Very much enjoyed this place. The food was expertly prepared and specially chosen for taste and look. Its the kinda thing you just don’t easily replicate at home. Staff are friendly and enjoy their work, atmosphere is calm and quite. The jazz bar upstairs is a great after dinner option! The price reflects the quality of the food and atmosphere be prepared to shell it out. Great for special date nights.

We love this place!!! Ambiance is awesome, really cool lighting and the food has always been great. I had the salmon this time (lovely presentation). My usual is the stuffed chicken. We were there for date night this time. Jackson was our waiter and he did a wonderful job, overall very classy experience! You won’t be disappointed!!!

Tyler was expressive, suggestive and eloquent. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and he portrayed love for his work. Excellent service! The place has a classic feel with a dreamy upstairs Jazz lounge. Food was exquisite and tasted wonderful. The chef is an artist. My fiancee ordered the Shrimp and Crab Crepe and I had The Smoked Salmon. Delish. Dessert was rich in taste and the drinks were carefully made to please the tastebuds. The hostess was very welcoming and heartwarming. Definitively enjoyed her good vibes. 1st class treatment. It was a bit tight in space upstairs, but cozy. We very much enjoyed our visit. My fiancee and I will surely return.
