I had not been to a kfc in 20 years but wanted some crispy wings,ordered. a 4 pc with a biscuit paid sat down in a dirty dining room 5 mins later the cashier yelled from counter we only have 2 crispy wings I will give you that and 2 regular I was not happy that at 1 o’clock they were out and the biscuit was old.

Chicken was fresh and biscuits were good! We originally wanted to order mac n cheese but they were completely out. How KFC runs out of one of their famous side dishes idk! But we ended up getting mashed potatoes, french fries, and coleslaw with fried chicken. The french fries and mashed potatoes were not fresh. We actually had to warm up our food in the microwave. Sucks paying $40+ dollars for a family meal and it can’t even be fresh. Fast food businesses need to start doing better than this! I’ll give 3 stars because the chicken and biscuits were good.

The manager or assistant manager had a rude body language and the tone of her voice was rude. I asked her for an extra box because I didn’t want my 2 orders together in the same bucket and her head was rolling while she frowned and said she can’t give me another box. My children also said the chicken strips were too hard to eat. It’s like they make chicken strips and let the crust get hard under a heat lamp..

Order a regular #8 5 pc chicken tenders with just hot sauce & ketchup for the fries a pepsi for a drink, combo being a medium, that’s was it??? Not all this extra, definitely not necessarily. My bread smothered in some grease or sauce, why?? Pickles too, why?? Just wanted a simple meal not left overs….. ️ , Come on??

It was terrible! First off how are you going to NOT have anything spicy?? I ordered a strawberry lemonade and when I got up there they said they had “run out of the syrup to make it with!” My final straw was when I received my food and they had given me mashed potatoes WITHOUT asking me what I wanted as my side and I’m ALLERGIC to the gravy!!! Let show you guys how terrible their service was!! Do not go there!! This was literally our food and yes we sure did throw it away! Will never go back there again!!!

I am not one to write reviews but honestly the service at this location has been so consistently horrible I felt like I had to leave this review. I almost never go to this location and get my order right. something is always wrong, missing, out of stock on chicken somehow or not made well. They’ll sometimes make you pull out the drive thru and wait out front just to “forget” about your order. Horrible service, KFC up by CSUSB is leagues better.

I just wasted money on a spicy chicken sandwich I asked for extra mayonnaise and they literally filled the entire wrapper and both besides of the bun with so much mayonnaise that you can’t even touch the sandwich. No napkins. good! hing i had some .. had to throw this trash away.
