I’ve always preferred a charbroiled burger to one cooked on a flat top grill, so I’ve gravitated to Carl’s when I go rougue and do fast food… I’m also a little particular about how I like my food prepared, etc., so I typically add a few custom instructions at the point of order… I ordered a Superstar with cheese w/o onion, fried zucchini, cooked extra crispy, and a soft drink. The crew at Carl’s on State St. in Eagle, has executed this order twice for me in the last week and did so flawlessly. Plus, the drive through folks are friendly and haven’t forgotten napkins, straws, or the condiments I asked for when I ordered. Thanks Carl’s crew, for doing your jobs well!

I came here at almost 10am. There was only one other customer already served in the lobby. I saw two cars go through drive through and two go to the counter then leave. The best thing was that the cashier was friendly and immediately available any time I approached the counter. I didn’t hear any hostility in the kitchen.

My husband and I came in and put our order in we sat and waited and waited and waited while people came in took their orders out and drive-through was going without any problems waiting for orders till half an hour later, they finally had our order it was sitting under the warmer the girl said sorry we only have two people working. I’m sorry, you still should be able to help people or tell people why they’re waiting for a product that’s not coming out service sucks here I would not come in ever again

This place will have you order and wait around front. This has happened like 6 times in a row. They constantly mess the order up so that you have to go back in line and wait out front again for the wrong stuff. So strange. Check your order when ordering food here.
