Haven’t eaten PJ’S in a long time!! Pizza was good. We tried the limited time parmesan crusted. It was OK, it’s very thin crust and almost too hard but you can really taste the parmesan. I wouldn’t get again. We also had a stuffed crust meats w/ BBQ instead of Marinara and it was delicious.. the ingredients taste so fresh! Loved the stuffed Oreo treats too!

I’m only giving a two star because the young ladies were courteous. The music was ridiculously loud and quite frankly inappropriate for an establishment. The pizza was undercooked. Matt the so called manager is a despicable human being. To say the least, I will not return to this location.

If i could rate this a 0 i would i got here at 10 the manger told me he wasnt taking any more orders and call in so i called in just to wait a hour for 1 wrong pizza and a missing pizza so many in responsible kids work at this pizza place its ridiculous now im waiting another hour for their mistake never again will i order here , and i saw someone throwing dough in the air catching it without gloves maybe if we get off phones and take the head phones out we could get the right orders on time

They didn’t ring the doorbell or knock when the delivery arrived AFTER WAITING AN HOUR! We ordered a supreme pizza with chicken instead of ham and sausage. Instead, we opened our pizza box to see meatballs, cheese and barbecue sauce?!! Highly unacceptable for pizza lovers on the south side of Atlanta.

The Papa John’s in Union City, GA should be shut down! The food used to be pretty good, but not anymore. It’s always loud and dirty in the store! They NEVER answer the phone in a timely manner. Since COVID-19, I’ve received burnt/cold/half-cooked pizza and wings…today it was my Cinnamon Pull Apart Bread! It was so dry and burnt, it’s ridiculous! I’m done with them! I’ll have to find a new pizza place! That cinnamon was dry!!!
