2nd time at this location the one over the bridge is better. Old lettuce, guy behind me asked them to change it. Not much meat like I’m use too. More sauce then anything else and you aren’t cheap so I will not be back to this location being the 2nd time disappointed your entitled to a bad day not 2. I’m kinda disappointed I paid for this. There rushing and still not fast with ALot of workers and a held up line ALot going on but good fast service and food isn’t one of them. I even asked for her to stop adding so much sauce dropped it on there anyway my fault for excepting this your managers fault for training you so poorly! Do better, you can do it!

Just ordered Doordash from you guys, and there was a nose piercing ring inside of my Burrito. Almost cracked my tooth. Good thing I realized. We consistently get screwed one way or another from this location. I advise everyone to avoid this store at all costs. We have been missing food. I’ve been shorted on food. I’ve received incorrect items. This was the last straw. Why I continued to patronize a location in as much disarray as this one was against my better judgment, but no more. Moreover, they are understaffed. I’m sorry, but it’s terrible. I am going to let it go, but below is a picture of the jewelry and my DD receipt. Terrible. Never again.

Horrible service the young guy that was serving the food was drawing the food in the bowl guess he was overwork you can tell he didn’t want to be there . He was serving the food like he wanted to have left over so he can take it home I paid 36 dollars for 2 bowel with 1 and a quarter scoop of rice and 1 quarter of scoop beans like 10 pices of corn 14 pieces of lettuce and and itzy bit of wacamoli. I was so upset when home ate and was still hungry had yo order a pizza and hour later. . Neva Ever will go there again would definitely NOT recommend.

I love this chipotle. They have a great staff that’s courteous and the lines are always quick and seamless. Very well organized all the time. When I have big meetings, This location always handles my catering orders very well. If you don’t have the time, I highly recommend you place an online order.

Family dinner at Chipotle Cinnaminson last night was not pleasant due to the dining room atmosphere. We were there for 90 minutes and during that time the trash cans were over flowing, two out of order fountain choices, no utensils and napkins ran out. The soap dispenser was broke in the bathroom (I hope staff has access to soap) and tables were not cleaned for customers. I was grossed out looking at the overflowing trash cans and trying to eat. Food was great and all staff was too. Take out must be the way to go! Shame owners are not hiring enough staff to keep this restaurant running properly and make it a more pleasant experience, it could be awesome. At least show up and empty a few cans, stock and make repairs until you hire staff.

I usually love Chipotle but I can’t say as much for the one recently opened in Cinnaminson. I went there around 2:30 and only a few people were eating inside. There was no line but the food upfront was clearly not kept filled. My bowl was barely filled with rice and with after everything I said I wanted I was repeatedly asked, “Is that it?” No. I’ll just keep my business at the Mount Laurel Chipotle where they seem to know what they’re doing. Work ethnic has nothing to do with age.

I’m gonna blame this low rating on the fact that it was after 6 o’clock in the evening….. The food looked dried up, the seating area was dirty and the staff looked like they had been there for 24 hours already. We didn’t even place an order. Will try again another time.
