I didn’t get the woman’s name but oh my goodness was she amazing!! So nice I went to the wrong restaurant and wasn’t going to make it till a couple mins. After closing and she had no problem with it and no attitude at all!! I was so happy! The food was still warm 40-50 minutes after ordering it she even called to tell me it was done so it wouldn’t be cold. Food was really good too!!!

Peking House is amazing and I wish the customers weren’t so entitled sometimes. Some of these reviews are all lies. Like Alvin Riveras, he fails to mention he was offered a discount but didn’t take it because it was “nothing”, he also wanted my manager to compensate food for 5 people for FREE just because of this mistake, im afraid that’s not how it works and it’s crazy u think that way. Anyways the food here is great hope one day people learn how to respect though. I of course though am grateful for our customers and will always try and provide a comfortable environment!

They were super nice and fast. The customer service was great the girl behind the counter was very polite and nice more so than other Chinese places I go to where they are so miserable!!! Used to be my favorite Chinese food spot, been going to them for about 8 years. But prices went up tremendously for meats. Also the last 3 times the rice was not cooked throughly it was hard. To the point we couldn’t eat it. 3 times! I gave them the chance after the first rice wasn’t good and they blew it the next 2 times. I’m not going back ever again..

I absolutely would never order from this place again the food was basically slapped together my beef teriyaki was so thin and hard tiny wings and wrong soup. I called the next day because they closed last night and they would not trade me back for yesterday’s order and I literally live behind them?!! Very easy fix; money hungry places like This is not right I’m boycotting this place!! Springfield stand up!!!
