Finally! My hubby and I so soooo excited we found this place! Hands down best tacos in freaking Ventura County! We have been living here a year and from Oxnard just couldn’t find a good Mexican food place we have tried them all we are not picky picky but we like good Mexican food and sorry Ventura is scarce. But this is a true gem, great customer service, food fresh, nice lil market with lots of options inside. The tacos were filled with meat and tortillas fresh! Can’t wait to go back and try other things on the menu!!

I live a block away and am so glad I have so many options to walk to. This is the closest. Angie’s has the biggest burritos, and meltiest quesadillas on the North Avenue. Best part is, they have the lowest prices too. Place is addicting. They have amazing salsa verde, and a TON of different, delicious desserts. Try the chocolate cake or Tres Leches. Wow. A must try, people.

I’ve been going here for years. One of the last places locally you can get a great meal with reasonable prices as well along with great customer service. Everyone here is nice and accommodating. Whether you call a order in or order at the window. A hardworking small business that puts heart into their craft and community. Highly recommend over Lalos, Maggies, Johnny’s, Corrales.

Little North Ventura gem. On the same street as the original Lalo’s that the locals rave about. But, Angie’s Deli blows Lalo’s outta the water!! It is so much better and they offer Tripas most of the time which is my fav. If you want traditional food that taste’s like moms you gotta go here. The beans and rice are better and their chicken is better. I love their salsa is better and you get a normal amount instead of a little tsp. container like Lalo’s. ¡Esta mi favorito cualquier dia! Gracias!!

They have a lot of delicious looking food on the menu; however, the food has no flavor and it’s coated with oil. The salsas are watered down and flavorless. Overall the rating for the restaurant is generous for what it is.

My son came here and ordered a breakfast sandwich, he got something he did not ask for on the sandwich, they then implied that my son got his order wrong and made fun of him by telling strangers about how he got his order wrong, they did eventually make him a new one but the way they handled it was completely unprofessional and I do not recommend this place.

This place has the same good quality food with anyone, but price MUCH better than Lalo and Cuernavaca both by far. The only thing is that they don’t have dine in feature. I would give 5 stars if they have guacamole in their burito.

Good food at good prices. They have a good mix of menu items so there is something for everyone to eat. Plus they have a desert case full of cakes and pies.
