I was very disappointed with the food quality and the service I received here. I was here last night for a bachelorette party. We were a table of 12, and we waited over an hour and a half for our food to arrive. The restaurant was not too busy, and we were told to just “be patient” when we arrived. We did not expect extremely long waits and rude servers. When I went in to politely ask when I should expect our food to arrive after waiting over an hour, they didn’t do too much to speed up service. Other tables who arrived after us got their food much quicker than we did. When we mentioned we waited a long time for our mostly sub-par food, our server demonstrated a horrible attitude towards us. She walked away as soon as we called her out on her terrible service. This will be my last visit, and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Stopped in around 4:30 for an early bite and had a great time! Kurt was our server/bartender and was fantastic. Brought us water and menus immediately and continued checking on us during our stay. I had a smash burger with fries and my wife had a Reuben with fries. Both orders were delicious with fresh ingredients. I had a couple craft canned beers (I think the name was Trust) that was also very good. Highly recommended!

Pleasant place to sneak away for a beer and a burger. Service was a bit harried, I believe they were contending with a new billing system, a server who didn’t show, and new trainee cooks. Despite some slight confusion regarding the order (seemingly caused by the new billing system) the food was fast and delicious. We got a drink order in and delivered quickly right off the bat after being invited to seat ourselves by the bartender (who I also think was waiting tables). Nice beer selection, cozy enclosed porch off the main bar, ceramic mugs on the wall for some sort of mug club were fun to see. Homey and inviting, the main bar is in what seems to be a rather old storefront. Double Smash burger was rich and heavy on Velveeta but delicious – you could probably go away satisfied with a single, no problem, but hey, it was Friday. Fried chicken sandwich also very good. They have the Cajun Potato Salad popular in our region, which came recommended by the server. It was plenty good but not the best we have had in the area (it’s hard to beat Fatty’s potato salad, let’s be honest). 3 drinks and 2 dinners with some add ons came to about $56 before tip. The chicken was tasty with a spicy maple aioli – I am curious to try their chicken and waffles, which generally speaking has always been disappointing to me as a dish at other restaurants, but I have a feeling they would do it justice based on their other offerings. Definitely a place you gotta check out.

Oh boy… I see multiple trips to Maple Park in my future. My first visit was on fire. Zoe is a sweetheart and their eats are spectacular. Cheese curds are a must as is their burger of the month. The BLT Burger and French Onion soup for your side is the way to go. I look forward to trying their Franklin Fried Chicken and a weekend breakfast soon.

We stopped by D and G Brewery in St. Charles last night and had a chance to try the Smash’d Burger at the burger pop-up. The folks staffing the pop-up had to be freezing, but they were friendly and the burger was delivered to our seats at the bar piping hot!

A shell of is former glory. I used to visit here every week until they shortened their hours, but I had a chance to return after a year. The food was so disappointing. The chicken sandwich used to be the best I’ve ever had, now there was bun, sauce, and the tiniest amount of everything else. There were several similar complaints from others at the table with their meals. This will be my last visit.

Great place to have a good craft beer along with a smash burger. Also have good fried chicken. Great atmosphere in a small town. Will visit again next year.
