I took my 3 and 6 year old for breakfast this morning and Natalia was wonderful. They ran out of kids cups but she was so kind and accommodated us as much as she could. Taking two small children out is always really stressful but Natalia made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Would go back just to have her as our waitress.

We came after my daughter’s prek graduation. There was no soft drinks but that’s okay. Daughter enjoyed her chocolate milk while we enjoyed some awesome sweet tea. The food and service were top notch. Pam helped our server and my daughter fell in love with her. They had a blast together and she left feeling like a princess. Let me first say that I love Waffle House in general. All that aside, I was on a quick trip to Charlotte and stopped at this Waffle House expecting the same great service and food that I always get from the Waffle House. However, it was not busy, and the lady that helped me was very unattentive. I came in very pleasant, said good morning to everybody , and sat at the bar . I waited for a few minutes, before I was acknowledged . Again, it was not busy . I was ready to order and had all my ducks in a row very quickly when she asked. I ordered an All-Star special, and she forgot to drop my waffle. She asked me if I needed anything when I received my hash browns and eggs, and I said, “yes I need my waffle.” She dropped my waffle, sat in the corner playing on her phone, and didn’t pay attention to it. The other lady working pulled the waffle, and put it on to the counter. The Lady helping me asked me again if I needed anything, and I said “are you kidding me? Yes, I need my waffle.” She ignored the waffle on the counter that was now cold, and she went to the waffle maker that another employee had just dropped a waffle on, and wasted a waffle, because it was not finished. I was exasperated at the fact that she didn’t pay attention to the waffle on the counter. And then, the employees decided to talk under their breath about folks’ attitude. I feel like I gave multiple chances, I got an overdone waffle which I ate half of, and got the hell out. This is the worst service that I’ve gotten from a waffle House ever, and this is from a fan. Do yourself a favor, and go to a different one. Also, go Waffle House

The food was great, we both got the Hashbrown Bowl. One with ham and one with steak. Not bad at all and incredibly quickly prepared. The cups were dirty and quickly washed, tasting of soap, and the soda was broken, but the service and atmosphere was exactly what we expected and came for.

Worst waffle house I have ever been in. Counter was dirty. Waitress put my silverware in syrup that was on the counter. Took a while to get order waffle was burnt. I took it anyway because I was tired of waiting. They forgot my biscuits and gravy. When it came it was cold. Got tired of waiting at the register to pay I eventually just left the money on the counter.
