I see this store has gotten bad reviews in the past so I wanted to share my delivery experience. Sandwiches tasted great. Delivery took an hour, which was a bit longer than expected given how close it is. But the overall experience was definitely not 2.9 stars.

The sandwich was great! The customer service however was not customer oriented. Driver called me because he had no entry to the building. I instructed him to call the office because of my disability. He sarcastically said thank you for all your help I’ll go bang on their window. The office assistant manager let him in. Then he called me asking if I wanted him to leave it at my door. I replied yes and as I was going to the door I heard hm forcefully throw the bag at the door mumbling something.

Been ordering from this JJs for nearly 3 years now, so I’ve given it plenty of chances. Don’t even bother ordering delivery as it will take 60+ minutes and 1-2 items will be missing without fail. Reading a receipt and putting things in a bag must be really tough I guess.

Usually order delivery & tip well bc been on the other side. Have ordered today’s item several times before, things have been missing/wrong but never this bad. MOD was unprofessional @ best & did not give af. I don’t blame him (JJ’s prob doesn’t pay him to care tbh,) but his customer service s u c k e d . Gave three stars bc usually they’re cool & it’s not *always* this bad. Reality, this is 2 star sloppiness… I would give this location some space for them to get their ish together again.

Delivery driver delivered my order to the wrong location and berated me after inquiring where it was. He at first claimed he couldn’t make it to my location due to lack of parking then he claimed I gave him the wrong address. He took my order into an apartment building with secure access when it was clearly stated that my address was a business. Then expected me to wait by the door of this apartment building to be let in by a resident to grab my order. I’ve never been yelled at by someone because THEY did their job incorrectly. Bizarre.

My sister and I BOTH got food poisoning immediately after eating 1/4 of our sandwiches. We stopped eating them because they tasted off. They were off alright! When I called them for a refund and to let them know they acted like they didn’t believe me. Never going back to a JJs again.
