Let me start by saying I was feeling sick and really needed something to eat. I wanted an egg and cheese biscuit, but sometimes they have meat grease on and I don’t eat it. I made a special request, and let them know why and they said alright, with no complaints. When I got to the window the gentleman helped me and told me it would be the best egg and cheese I ever had in my life. I was delighted. So I went home and heated up the biscuit after my rough day…… and wow…. Just wow. I could taste the love in every bite. It WAS THE BEST BISCUIT OF MY LIFE. That’s why I had to leave a review. I could tell that whoever made it really cared and on a rough day food can really heal the soul. Thanks so much to whoever made my biscuit!

The food was pretty good but the workers seemed more like it was the Girls Club than an actual job while they did was poke fun at each other laugh and joke around and got our order wrong twice and it almost seemed as if they were making fun of us when we were in there I cannot confirm that but that’s just the feeling we got from our experience the restaurant itself is very clean and well-kept and the food was good when we actually got what we ordered and when we told the manager he was definitely on top of everything. Not that the workers are bad by any means but maybe separate them them on different shifts so that they’re more worried about their job then their social life…

This is an interesting place once I was waiting for 10 minutes just to order when no one else was there. The people there were rude and had no energy, I work in fast food before so I do understand that they do wanna be there. As I work at fast food I still tried to seem happy. Do better please. But do stop doing your fries they are the best!!!

I love Bojangles and was so excited that there was going to be one less than a minute from my house. But this is by far the worst Bojangles I have ever experienced. I have been more than 10 times and I promise you my order has always always been awful. I have had to take orders back to be corrected due to wrong items or old sitting food. And the employees have absolutely no customer service training! Simply rude most of the time.

Nice, fairly new Bojangles. However, took my daughter to get breakfast before school. It was 7am. After waiting 5 minutes, I was able to order a simple #1 & #2 combo. By 7:20am, I went up to the counter because I still had not received my order. I can see my order on the screen in the very 1st position. The cook ask the register person what is needed and the person replies w/ my order. The cook says the cajun chicken is cooking. I couldn’t wait any longer so my daughter and I had to leave. During my wait for my food, 2 other customers got their order before me. Also, another customer came in to get his app order. They said they were getting it ready. He asked what the purpose of the app was if the food wasn’t going to be ready. I understand if there are only 3 people working but if the staff can’t handle service in a timely manner, than I suggest shutting down the dining room and just do drive thru.

I am sick and tried of going to this location and all the sides are not available! And the 3 sides that were available today are not up to minimal standards. The fries were over cooked, the cole slaw had an after taste and the string beans were cold! The chicken tasted like it was cooked in old grease. I’m done. I am on my way to Popeye’s in another city!

So it’s 11:45am , i come thru drive thru and order a chicken sandwich , The girl at the window acts like it’s a total inconvenience to sell me a chicken sandwich , and proceeds to tell me that they don’t have any chicken ready and it’ll be 10 minutes on a sandwich. Think about that A Bojangles 10 minutes before lunch has no chicken ready and on top of that instead of being apologetic, she acts like it’s just a pain in the butt to have to even deal with me , the employees there wanting a paycheck not wanting to do the work for it. Should reevaluate who you put out the window. She’s definitely not cut out for customer service. Very disappointed won’t come back. Avoid this location.
