The drive thru was wrapped around the building. So, I went in and stood at the counter for a long time. Finally a woman says she’ll be right there and she never came back. A younger woman took my order, it wasn’t a difficult order. Large Iced Americano and a chocolate croissant, which was sitting just behind her. She asked me 4 times if I needed anything else and fumbled around at the register for a little too long. It didn’t take a long time for my coffee in comparison to my wait time at the counter. I don’t know if it was understaffed or if there were new employees, but it was a cluster.

This location is consistently struggling with staffing issues. Pay your staff a liveable wage and maybe you would find employees. If not shut the store down, it’s a joke. The staff is phenomenal, the people are always kind and upbeat despite the staffing issues and it is awful to watch a company that has so much money do nothing to help this store or the people who are attempting to keep it open. Regardless of franchise or not franchise I’m not sure of this location, the way it seems the staff are treated here is deplorable. 1 person can’t keep doing multiple peoples jobs for 10$ per hour. I tried to go here because it’s a small town and these are the options for a bagel, but I feel such guilt going through the drive through when it’s two teenagers stuck doing all of the work. I’ve visited this location quite a few times in the past year, and it’s either closed because no staff or it’s overworked teenagers.

When drinking my chocolate Caribou cooler something sharp went into my mouth. It must of been a piece of plastic from one of the cups. It was about the size of my thumb nail. It was like a mini tooth lick sharp on both sides. Other then that everything was great!

I placed a mobile order around 6:30 AM on 10/07/2022 and it was disgusting. I got there around 6:40 AM, the worker was extremely nice. My hot coffee was cold and my chocolate croissant was barely warm anymore. You can tell they’d been sitting out for a long period of time. I threw my coffee in the trash right when I got home, as I know it wasn’t made fresh. Who knows who that coffee belonged to before I intercepted it. This will be the last time I go to caribou, i have been coming here for a very long time and the quality has done nothing but deteriorate throughout the years.
