Food is so good! The scallion pancake lived up to the hype. We ordered the appetizer with the dip and I wanted a whole other order of just the pancakes. Can’t wait to try the scallion pancake breakfast sandwich! The spare ribs were my favorite followed by the cabbage. Everything else was super tasty. (Except the eggplant Main course, which was over fried.) They were very accommodating about separating the meat out of two dishes for the veg in our group. The cocktails weren’t too exciting. We ordered four different ones and two lacked luster (Worldo and Sex Pistols) and one was too weird to drink (stardust), so we all ordered a second round of Killer Queen, which was great. The person clearing plates was a little too zealous and took away plates with food on them and then took away forks while people were still eating. Overall, I highly recommend and I will definitely be back!!!

Truly incredible. We’ve had the breakfast scallion pancakes several times which are excellent. Went tonight for dinner which did not disappoint. Our server Marco was fantastic. The calamari was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. The double chocolate cake was fantastic. Book a reservation now.

Any Day Now is totally worth the try and I enjoyed the sandwich and coffee a lot. I loved the awesome chili-crisp sauce accompaniment! It offers a nice bite but not so spicy that it steals the show. Totally a unique distinct sandwich that is worth coming back for. It’s there first day so you’ll have to be patient as they work through their opening pains. I had the sausage, egg and cheese sandwich and I cherished every bite. Nice ambiance with plenty of bright natural window light.

I was so happy to see something finally filling this space in the neighborhood! I stopped in on a quiet weekday morning soon after opening and ordered the bacon egg and cheese and a coffee. After seeing a lot of pictures of the sandwich I was so excited to try it and it did not disappoint taste wise. The eggs were perfectly cooked and the bacon just crispy enough and the American cheese was nice and oozy. The garlic chili oil on the side was so so good! My iced oat milk latte was also good. Downsides were it took quite a bit to get the sandwich and there was only 1-2 people in front of me- not sure how they have been managing when busy but they will need to figure that out. Also the portion size was quite small. It was a dense highly flavored sandwich so I actually don’t think I would have wanted it that much bigger but it did feel a bit small for $9.5.

Holy moley! This is DC’s best breakfast sandwich of 2023, hands down. From the very first bite of my bacon egg and cheese scallion pancake sandwich, my jaw was on the floor. Perfect gooey melty goodness with a kick of chili crunch sauce on the side. Cold brew was a classic cup of coffee, nothing too crazy but satisfying.

Finally made it to Any Day Now, and it didn’t disappoint. This is by far the best egg sandwich I’ve ever had. The eggs were done perfectly and the scallion pancake toast portion was perfectly crispy and held everything together. And the chili sauce they serve alongside the sandwich is addicting.

Really happy to have tried the breakfast sandwiches! There was a decent line but the food came out quickly. The Vietnamese coffee with ube was really good – not super sweet. A bit confusing as to getting your order – they don’t give out numbers so they call out first names. Pretty hard to hear with the music playing and all the people chatting inside. Would love to come back!

I had an incredible iced vietnamese coffee with ube foam (was a daily special) – things are still coming together here, but the ambience is great/gorgeously designed space, the food is amazing and different (scallion pancake breakfast sandwiches were phenomenal) – I would seriously consider moving to the attached apartment building just to be nearby!
