Friendly staff considering it’s Massachusetts, but hands down one of the worst coffees I’ve ever had. Idk how they get “no sugar” from “7 cream, 7 sugar” but then they wouldn’t fix it because of Covid and wouldn’t replace the coffee… So total waste unless you want no sugar and very little cream.
