Although our neighbors referred us to this restaurant because they enjoy the catfish and cold beer, our experience was awful. My husband ordered the sirloin steak special which came with a side salad and potato. The steak was so tough, he could barely cut it. He had two bites and it tasted awful. He does not eat salad, so he asked if he could substitute for mac and cheese. The portion of the mac and cheese came in a tiny plastic cup that you would serve salad dressing in. Because he substituted the side salad for the mac and cheese, we were up charged $3.70 for this item which was a forkful.

This place was deserted. There’s lots of seating and the decor was of hunters classic BBQ place. The food was ok, and we we’re still hungry after we had our meals. The prices were on the higher side. I was interested in the salad bar, but it wasn’t anything special. The staff were pleasant and nice. And there’s lots of free parking and it’s off a side road (Google Map gps suggested).

This is one of the best restaurants in winter haven, some of there best foods are chicken and dumping soup! Then there fries and ranch are delicious! To early for lunch? Those biscuits and gravy are also delicious! This is a great restaurant with great service and food!

This place has a lot of nerve calling it a barbecue joint let alone a restaurant. While the food wasn’t spoiled that was about the only thing good I could say about it. All of the food that I got was dry and lacked any flavor. The mac and cheese was at utter joke it’s not even worth describing how bad it was I really don’t know how this place has survived except that there are so few options in the region that locals have nowhere else to go. Plus it was ridiculously expensive . I’d suggest going to any fast food franchise before going here again it’s a shame because they carry a name and they’re not standing up to it. They should get their act together or just close up

Ribs were very dry and hard, chicken was super dry and both had no flavor. The beans tasted like they came from a can, mashed potatoes and gravy tasted like KFC, and the macaroni and cheese was from the freezer. Stouffers tastes better. Would not recommend, plus the lady at the counter was rude and not helpful at all. Almost $80 on 3 plates with 4 ribs and barley half a chicken and sides that are super small, do not go!

Got the all you can eat ribs, and it was amazing. The side portions are on the small side, but you could make a meal out of the soup and salad bar alone, so it was no big fuss. Also we had one of the best waitresses we have had in since we moved here last year.
