Went Sunday evening to this location after being allowed to place my mobile order for drive thru. I arrived at 7:30 and the closing time is 8 and was told after sitting at menu and nobody coming to say may I take your order , so I drive to the window and sat for a minute and had to toot my horn twice to get there attention just to have a employee say we are closing.I then said you close at 8 that’s 30 min he said he was sorry but they had shut everything down and we’re cleaning up. I could see 2 other employees in the store. He asked if I wanted a refund and I explained that I used my points to order so he did write a note for a free coffee but that doesn’t change the fact I drove my gas and my time to go get coffee just to be disappointed. I rather drive to Rocky Mount because the one on 301 has never disappointed me . And they stay open till closing time. They need new management. Dissatisfied customer

This dunkin I have only been to once, and the workers were very nice. When I parked and my son got out he almost landed on a needle. I caught him and immediately went in and told them. We all know there’s a lot of drugs in the area, so no telling what it was used for, but as I’m not a professional, it may have been a diabetes needle. Either way it was lying there right in parking lot in front of door to dunkin. They came out and picked it up with gloves and disposed of it. So everything that should have been done was done. I applaud you for listening to a customer without hesitation. Will be back again!

It’s just not good. I’ve tried this location several times and always left disappointed aside from once. The cold brew was extremely bitter, and today, I could see right off the bat that something was wrong with the matcha latte, way too light of a shade of green. Tasted like milk with a hint of matcha, plus it was LOADED with ice and foam from them shaking it, not even joking, there was probably about 1/4 a cup of actual drink (ordered a medium). Donuts are good when they’re fresh.

As a Nashville resident I have tried to give this location multiple chances. I waited 20 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese. When I opened the bagel this was all the cream cheese that I had. The staff is extremely rude.

The staff was extremely unfriendly. Reading these reviews should show them something but i guess it hasn’t. Everyone is disappointed in this location. Waited at the microphone in line outside in lane 2 and no one ever took my order so i drove around and went inside to order. The lady on front counter didn’t want to take my order so she told me to use the kiosk. After completing my order she informed me that they had no food and couldn’t make lattes. I will not ever go to that place again. I would fire everyone an start over if i were the operator of this location.

As a local resident and someone who has been trying to give this location a chance. Well it’s horrible. Staff is not trained well or just plain oblivious to the job. They are friendly and are slow. Lady asked me at the drive thru what all I had. Did they not take the order? It’s 50/50 if the food or drinks are made right. Never will I spend another dime here

They are always super slow and forget my whipped cream everytime I’ve went. Was super happy to have a dunking in Nashville but sadly both the ones in Rocky Mount are 10x better. Not to mention my drink tastes disgusting and is always good when I get it at the Rocky Mount stores.

The worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to! The person working the drive thru kept cutting me off and didn’t let me finish placing my order! I kept telling her I wasn’t done placing my order and she just cut me off, totaled out my order and told me to drive up. Got to the window and told her I wasn’t done placing my order and she said I would have to come in and place the rest of it! I went inside to finish placing my order and asked to speak to a manager only to be told there wasn’t any management there. People working the drive thru need to not be so rude and let the customer finish placing their orders!

I had high hopes for this location but that was changed quickly! On my 2nd visit I experienced the rudest manager I’ve ever encountered . Decided to go back today to give them another chance and experienced the rudest employee in drive thru to go along with they were not making any drinks due to the expression machine being clogged up! This location needs to close and start over training beginning with management. Contacting customer service does no good either. I will continue my business in Rocky Mount or at the local coffee shop!
