My husband ordered the “big freaking quesadilla” and pictured below is what he got. Seriously barely any chicken and so thin. All of our tacos also were only half filled. The cashier also looked miserable and acted like we were annoying her by being there. Will not be back to this location ever again. Now I know why it was empty.

Good to have online service. However, they did not follow my order request for half hard shell and half soft. And they only put crumbs of meat in my tacos and filled it with lettuce and cheese. You could taste the meat.

We have gone a few times thinking the service has changed but HAS NOT!!! Never answers the drive thru in a timely manner. Waited 10mins drove off becausevof a line then drove around to see people behind me their order was being taking. Went back thru to wait another10 mins! I drove off!! Our family has experienced this or food got us sick. We will never be back. Which is sad because whoever the owner or franchisee is, i dont see this location and rockwall location making it too much longer w this service! Ridiculous!!

Man this Taco Bueno is getting as bad as the Rockwall one. Foods getting more bland and more expensive. The employees act like the meat and beans are coming out of their pockets they’re always skimpy as hell. Great no I have to go to garland to get hood taco bueno. Sad

Good service, but the food was terrible. Luke warm quesadilla, people are nice and service was fast, but the chicken tasted like it came from a can. Dining room was very dirty, as were the trays that the food was served on.

Odered via doordash and completely understand places are busy and what not but waited almost 2 hours only to get someone else’s order completely! Door dasher said they handed her the order at the door as noone was being allowed inside. No receipt in the bag with an identifying name for the doordash order. So if someone else got 3 platters, plus 2 burritos…enjoy.

Top notch service from the few employees that were there. Wait was long, but they were working as quickly and efficiently as only 3 workers can on a Saturday during lunch rush. Rating would be higher if the higher ups would consider adequate staffing to avoid long waits and working their employees to the absolute brink of their ability.
