Ordered online and employees had not began to prepare our food until we arrived for pick up. We were told, “the order just came through”. Then the female employee DISAPPEARED. Another staff member prepared our order with no sense of urgency. No apology or compensation for wasting our time. Our pizza was not made correctly but we took it because we were tired of waiting.

Stopped at Love’s Truck Stop. Filled up with good gas price. Plenty of parking. Convenience store to snack up. Food options for road travelling include Subway, Chester’s Chicken, and Godfather Pizza Express. So options for all. Air conditioner was not working on this visit and felt bad for staff who worked inside with air hotter than it was outside, which was no joke. My order was delayed because staff forgot to put it in the oven but comped three chicken tenders for my troubles. Ice in main store was low and tasted like bleach. Was able to get ice in Subway section and it was fine and refilled coke that I had to toss without question from staff. Bathrooms were not as clean as Love’s normally has but they were way better than most places.
