Ordered from Vocelli Pizza in Verona for the first time tonight and we had an overall great experience. The customer service over the phone was excellent. The person who answered our call was very helpful, offered suggestions, and a coupon discount we didn’t even know about. The employee went out of his way to provide friendly, knowledgeable, and appreciated service. The delivery was also pretty quick (within 20 minutes), which is great considering that we’ve waited up to an hour for delivery from other pizza places. We ordered pizza and wings and both were really tasty. Wings were crispy and had great flavored sauces. Pepperoni pizza was delicious and came recommended by the employee we spoke to. Very satisfied, would order again!

I absolutely used to love this place for the subs and pizza. Lately though, the baked subs have been gloppy and messy with most of the filling outside the sub and much less meat than before. Not sure what changed. Just sure it’s a step down from what it once was.

This location makes a good pie and are not skimpy with the toppings. The staff were pleasant and the place appears to be clean from what I could see. I recommend a stop the next time you’re in the area.

I just ordered two large pizzas and two hoagies to the tune of $55 delivered. After more than an hour of waiting they bring me two smashed up, soggy hoagies and I mean completely destroyed! I called and spoke with Sam the mgr who had a serious attitude problem and assured me she would credit my acct. But she was so rude I still don’t feel like she handled the issue… This doesn’t usually happen there but today was just ridiculous.

Placed online order for large cheese and pepperoni pizza at 8:32PM. They delivered the wrong pizza at around 9:30 PM. Called to ask for correct pizza to be delivered. At 10:23 PM still nothing. I called and the girl that answered the phone said she “thinks” it’s on it’s way. I asked her to clarify it is or isn’t on it’s way seeing it’s been nearly 2 hours. Her answer was “it should be”. Called back 10:35 pm. Gent on phone told me I need to be patient because other peoples food needs to be delivered also. I asked for a refund, he told me he can’t refund my money. He said the manager will refund my money tomorrow. I said that was unacceptable and he hung up on me. Terrible customer service, terrible employees. Mistakes in the food industry happen all the time BUT never in my years have I had a restaurant imply that their mistake is my issue to deal with and I should get over it. Plenty of pizza options, my advice try somewhere else. Obviously this business forgot what customer service is.
