I’ve had worse experiences at this Mc Donald’s but this has been my best so far. The dude put my food with the lid not closed and the pancakes and sausage where at the bottom of the bag. The orange juice tasted like water but the pancakes where good. 3/10 will never go back

I love McDonald’s. The food is great in my opinion no matter which location, and this one holds up to that. Minus the overly sweet tea, but that’s a common issue for this chain. Some McDonald’s have better customer service than others, and I have to say this is one of the worse ones in the area. The workers have a monotone “I don’t really wanna be here” attitude, but they’re very good about getting custom orders right. Overall, I wouldn’t particularly avoid this McDonald’s. It gets the job done.

I placed two mobile orders. Upon arrival, i parked in the curbside parking spot and followed the posted instructions for letting them know you were there. After 15 minutes of sitting in the hot sun in the car, I went inside the restaurant to get my food. They had not even made it. And the manager told the cook, “Oh, she just came inside.” Took her long enough. On top of that, I used my rewards points to purchase a caramel frappe, but when I got to the counter, she informed me there were enough rapper frappes at that restaurant. She asked if I was going to cancel my order or if I just wanted something else instead. I wanted the frappe. And it wouldn’t let me cancel my order. So I lost my points for a cold, large fry. All with an attitude. Everyone in the restaurant seems like they hated their jobs. I would not recommend this McDonald’s.

No lid for coffee and this was a to go order. We all know how hot McDonald’s coffee is so hot coffee with no lid is not a good combination. Also, only one topping for oatmeal. This location has many bad reviews. By now, it’s obvious that owner doesn’t care. It’s not the staff that is failing, they are friendly, courteous and efficient.

I have been to this McDonald’s three times in the last month. I keep hoping that each visit is a fluke, and that it will get better. Sadly, each time I have been the food has been mediocre. I mostly go because I absolutely adore McDonald’s French fries – these fries are not very salty, and are usually lukewarm at best. The burgers today were not made the way I asked, so I had to enter the store to get a new one made. I wish I could have posted a better review! We will be visiting a different location the next time we want McDonald’s.
