Being from New York, this had been one of the best jamaican restaurants I’ve had the pleasure of eating at. The food was delicious and well seasoned. The jamaican rum punch was delicious! Appetizers (jerked garlic wings, hot honey wings, and the jam rock shrimp) were off the chain!! Very good!! Our server April did her thang and was an absolute pleasure to have as a server. I’ll most definitely dine there again, without a doubt. Most definitely worth the 45 min to an hour drive. 5 would’ve been appropriate. However, at the time I went, they didn’t have Oxtails or Curry goat. Trust me.. What I ate was true satisfaction!

The food was very good. I especially liked the Jamrock Shrimp with dipping sauce and the hot honey wings. My daughter said her ox tail meal with rice peas, and cabbage was also really good. We can’t wait to go back.

Excellent food. They could use another server but the one on duty was great. Highly recommended. I can’t wait to return. Even my picky 4 year old gave it 2 thumbs up!

We did my Son’s graduation party there. The staff was very flexible, kind, considerate and attentive. The food wash fresh, well seasoned and delicious. Out waitresses was friendly and down to earth. She was professional, hospitable and a very beautiful black woman with a warm and inviting smile. Thank you for serving our group and taking the time out to explain every dish!! The food was great and the proportions were generous!

Great Jamaican food!! I was missing Jamaican food back home and decided to try Lil Jamaican. Very clean restaurant with a great atmosphere. All of the staff is very kind and welcoming. April my server was very sweet and on top of it! I got the jerk pork, the spice level was perfect. The plantains and fried okra were my favorite on the side. Large serving sizes for a great price! I can’t wait to come back.

Gotten sick after coming here on 2 different occasions. The first time, I didn’t want to put blame on them. So I took a break from coming here. Came back again recently, and now my kids are both throwing up the next day. Food is okay but not worth the food poisoning.

This little joint is on point. The food was authentic it reminded me of when I went to Jamaica last year. The lady that waited on us was great, she was very personable and very helpful. I wish I could remember her name but the whole vibe was on point, definitely will return!

Why would you sell old dry rice and beans? At some point restaurants need to care about their customers as much as their money. News flash…quality food will bring more customers which in turn will make you money. Don’t disrespect your customers as they work for their money to spend at your business so you too can make money. See how that works? It’s called full circle!
