Service pretty slow given how empty the restaurant was when we visited. Pizza came out with a pretty burnt crust and the toppings were very salty, so unfortunately it was not the best experience.

This pizza is by FAR NOT, all people say it is. It has a smokey flavor and the cheese is good quality as is the dough but the sauce does not go well with the pizza. It is very bland. I would say it’s run of the mill, you’re hungry, you want some pizza, go for it. If you’re looking for an experience, this is not the place to go. The prices are ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS. It cost almost $34 for a pepperoni pizza which again, was sub par at best. I tried the sausage and cheese pizza, all of which left me feeling robbed of my money. Again, I wouldn’t say it’s the worst pizza out there but it is 100% not all it’s talked up to be. I hope your experience is better than mine.

Wow. I thought I was just going in to get a standard pizza for lunch but this locations quality blew me away! The GM Joe provides excellent customer service and expects the quality of the pizzas at the highest standards. He comes around to every table to make sure the dining is up to par and makes all customers feel valued. The pizza was flavorful, hot and slightly crunchy. Perfect combo. This is a great spot and the canoli pie is highly worth it! Will come again!

Taste is ok! It’s not really warm when it’s arrived, the crush is burned pretty much.

I was excited to eat here because I’ve heard a lot of good things about the White Clam Pizza. It was good, but the style of pizza wasn’t my favorite. The crust is very thin – it was like a slightly softer texture than a Stacy’s Pita Chip. It was crispy. However, the flavor and the big chunks of clam made up for the crust. It was just garlicky goodness and plenty of clams on top. I wouldn’t mind coming here again for some more even though I prefer a softer crust.

We heard the pizza was good from a friend and we always try new pizza places as my wife loves pizza! Anyway the online menu says $18 for large cheese pizza and they charged me $25 and change after I told them online says different. Instead of saying sorry about that, we will charge you the $18 ( I even showed them) she said it’s $25 and change.. “but I’ll tell my boss” she says.. she was kind of rude and sarcastic! Pizza was good and we would have been a good customer but after that first time experiences… I’ll stick with Jacks pizza down the street! Jacks pizza is great… only $18 and better service!

With almost 100 years experience making pizzas, it is hard to argue against a solid reputation. So here I go. It seemed busier than what they are used to. One waitress working the floor. She came over several minutes after being seating and took our whole order even though we wanted to wait to order pizza. We each got a salad to start. Pizzas came to the table as we were finishing our salad. Got the original tomato pie with mozzarella and a meatball and ricotta. The thin crust was crispy with a little char but seemed to be lacking in flavor area. The sauce was also bland. The 1st pizza was topped with mozzarella and it was okay. The ricotta on the other pizza was creamy and fresh. Sliced meatballs had decent flavor. Open kitchen gives the space a nice look. If I’m ever shopping at the Burlington mall, I may stop for a slice to eat and run but not really a night out place. Maybe I need to take a trip to the original in New Haven, CT.
