AMAZING! Literally the best Cuban I’ve ever had, the pork is so juicy and tender. Bread is the perfect crunch & the Mayo/mustard spread was just… chefs kiss perfection! Don’t sleep on this food truck or you’ll miss out.

Food was spot on! Delicious from the textured tamale and “Award-Winning” croquettas to the juicy chicken Cachucha bowl. They were out of steak but if the chicken was that flavorful, I can only imagine what the steak is like. Well worth it, and my hubby and I just returned from visiting Little Havana in Miami. This family and food truck brought the Cuban flavor and culture to Land O Lakes. 5 stars!!

Really wishing we would have stopped by this place sooner! The food was delicious and everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend the fried cheese and any of the sandwiches. Great vibe and you can eat inside or outside. It’s like food truck meets family cooking. Absolutely a hidden gem and we’ll be coming back soon!

Cuban inspired food with unique flares. Have tried the Cuban pork sandwich which was probably the best in the area, MOJO pork marinated and slow cooked to give it that unique flavor. Also tried their cuban philly steak sandwich, tamales and croquettes, all excellent. The croquettes based on owners award winning recipes. Ingredients always very fresh and presented nicely. I’ll be back.

Cuban Food from scratch the croquettes are amazing loaded with meat & a light crust with some amazing sauces and the pork “swine” is amazing on a salad, over rice, or on a pressed Cuban. A must try.
