As a family-owned boutique pizzeria with only one location, we take pride in our friendly, personalized service. I’m overall just impressed by this place. Had a small issue and the team went above and beyond to fix the situation. Totally shocked me how professional these guys are. As for the FOOD, no doubt this is the best pizza place in Parma. The sauce was dead on and the dough was the perfect blend of crispy but still doughy. Very generous on the toppings and they use premium products. Fan for life! Check these guys out you won’t be let down.

Order jumbo pizza looks like a large cut into smaller pieces some of the piece only had 1 pepperoni on it very doughy. Large salad not even enough for 2 people. For several months every time we order something is wrong. Called and talk to a girl she was very rude and told me she didn’t have time to talk to me. Been a loyal customer since all star pizza closed. Will not be ordering from them any more. You would think that the owner would be very concerned on who is running he‘s business when he is not there.

For being 1st time customer they gave us a free 2-liter, very nice! They told me the pizza would be ready in 20 mins and when I got there on time I still had to wait 15 mins. The dough was thick and chewy and pizza was dry with very little sauce. We ordered extra cheese and got hardly any. Sausage was big but dry and questionable. We called the manager and they didn’t want listen and just through a $10 credit. We had to apologize to some dear friends we bought a pizza for since the quality was not good. We love traveling around the city testing out different pizza shops and we like to freeze the leftovers for future meals. One scale of 1-10 we rate a “3”. They were friendly. D & P from Brooklyn, OH.

I’ve been searching for decent wings for a long time and no matter where I’ve gone, it’s usually the same mediocre wings. I’ve come back here time and time again since I’ve discovered this place because of how much better the wings are than anywhere I’ve been on the Westside of Cleveland. Their pizza is exceptional as well. Would recommend to anyone!

Order from Uber was supposed to get buy 1 get 1 free fries. It clearly on the receipt. But this is the second place that doesn’t honor that agreement. They claim it was a mistake. But I’m sure they’re just not honoring the buy 1. Get 1 free It’s more less a scam to get you to order once you get your order and call they tell me to notify Uber they’ll refund me for the fries. I will not be ordering from here again Scammers

Staying at a hotel in Cleveland and ordered from here because it was fairly close and decent DD delivery time. Wife got wings well done and I got a pizza with garlic butter sauce, half double pepperoni, half pepperoni and ‘old world’ sausage also well done. Order was correct and delivered on time. Food was really good. Sausage had a really good flavor. Crust had a nice chew to it. I really liked that they have sauce options as I don’t like red sauce. Only thing better would be old world pepperoni and option to add some nacho cheese cups to dunk the end of the crust in. I love pizza and would definitely order here again when I’m in Cleveland.
