It happens. Irritating but it happens. Went drive thru… ordered a double with cheese and mustard only, fries and a drink. I’m sure the girl was doing her job when she asked if I’d like to make it a value basket. Well sure. She then changed my order to a Bacon Deluxe. Comes fully loaded with everything I did not want. I ordered bacon cheese and mustard ONLY. I can’t eat mayo. Ok. No biggie. Scrape it all off. The burger was cold and the cheese was almost refrigerator cold. 2 pieces of bacon… usually there are 3… and it was not cooked completely. Barely a handful f fries and it was supposed to be a LG fry. I got a small. Now I am upset. And here’s a kicker… the drink they give you right away before they send you to park. I took a swallow… pure carbonated water. No syrup. Walked up to the drive thru and handed it back to them. Try it again folks. They promised to have it delivered to the car with my order. That didn’t happen. Had to get out go back in and get my soda. I still like culvers food and will still eat there but dangit it fellas ya make it tough.

I spent 15 minutes waiting for 2 concrete mixers for my grand children. The place emptied out completely, including the drive thru. No one made an effort to make the mixers until I asked and received a refund. Then they were going to try and make them, after we had been ignored. I will never return here and will recommendto friends and family to stay away from this business.

A friend & myself were there on July 6th. We rdered 2 fish sandwiches and med french fries, med drink, and water. Fish was burned. I was sick all afternoon. I will have a hard time ordering fish again.

Prices listed online for 2 scoops of chocolate custard in a dish is listed as $2.99….I was charged $4.85 ..I think the prices are getting crazy! I’ll buy my ice cream from a grocery store, next time. Fast food prices are getting ridiculous these days. I should have learned my lesson to stay away from this drive thru when I had to pay almost $15.00 for a small fish dinner. Window representatives are nice, despite huge price increases.

$$ I rarely use drive-thru and not sure if SOP, but was given my order without a bag and without napkins so my food had to ride home on the floor of my car. It’s always nice to eat things that ride around on car floor.
