Hands down best Italian I’ve every had in my life. At no point in my life have I enjoyed a sandwich enough for me to call to compliment the staff. (online order 6/17 6:38 pm). I would just like to say I’m amazed at how friendly and organized it was inside the restaurant. I’ve been coming here for over 4 years and I swear this location continues to improve. Keep being great Firehouse Waverly!!!! You guys make the best subs in a 50 mile radius!!! I would share this delicious looking sandwich however it looked to good that immediately inhaled it.

Lunch today at Firehouse Subs in Waverly was outstanding. The visit started with a friendly greeting by the counter person. He proceeded to be extremely interactive during the order to make sure my sub was built to exact specifications. He recommended the combo for the best value. From there, the order was served hot and fresh in less than five minutes. See my pic attached and you can sense the quality! It is no wonder this location had people coming and going Nonstop! This is a win for the Waverly Firehouse Subs Team today

every single time I go in this specific location I am amazed with their attitude and service and manners and professionalism. Will always say “yes/no ma’am” even though I am probably younger than all of them. Always super nice. They take “you got time to lean, you got time to clean” and sprint. Someone is always refilling snacks or the drink machine or making the place look neater. Nothing is out of place or messy. I had one time where they completely messed up my order and I went in and they apologized and immediately made me a new one. I don’t know the specific boys names that I usually see. this location will forever be my favorite. You won’t be disappointed pulling up here for a sandwich.

Normally I wouldn’t bother to review some place like this but I had such a great experience that I felt it was necessary. We came in on a rainy Thursday night and we’re greeted with a smile. The service was fast and friendly. The staff (who we presume was the owner) was so kind to everyone who came in it really made is feel good to be eating there. Will definitely be frequenting this location more often.
