Listen!! I had to stop eating my food to write this review! That’s how great my mini curry chicken platter is!! Like I always see a line and/or people standing outside, going in and coming out, but I don’t eat a lot of ethnic foods because of the parts of the meat that they use. I decided to hit them up today and get the curry shrimp, but they were sold out, I imagine, based on the fact that they open around 1130am and people are ALWAYS already outside waiting, that they’d run out of the really good stuff early! I expressed that I don’t really like thigh meat and would prefer a drumstick/mostly white meat/no fat, etc and she delivered! The food is delish!! Not too spicy!! Great portion!! I am very pleased that I can enjoy my food!! Thank you!!!

I’ve been here 3x for Oxtails & each time they said they were sold out. They open at 11am, I got there at 12pm the 1st time and the following times it was roughly 11:30am and each time they “sold out”.

Food was overcooked and bland. The curry shrimp and yellow rice was mushy. My daughter mac and cheese was literally boiled noodles sprinkled with shredded cheese. The soup didn’t have any dumplings and the ginger was overpowering. Definitely not good. And my husband is jamaican and he didn’t like the food. Seventy dollars wasted

My favorite Jamaican spot in Wilmington. Food is always fresh, taste amazing, and portions are generous. Wait is usually about 5-10mins when I go around lunch time. Only downside is that some menu items sell out. Highly recommend.

Food was good…Portion was generous. It was my first time. I tried the Curry Goat Meal and Jamaican Patty! The food was 5 stars! I just wish someone would have answered the phone. I tried to call ahead from my car because there was no available parking. I had to wait a long time for a space to open up. I was about to give up. I am new to Delaware and wanted to really try it out since the reviews were good.

Well this is The best Jamaican spices Iever tasted. Haven’t found a match yet. I don’t know what those other restaurants are using but their food taste awful. But this restaurant, the food taste really good and it keeps me coming back. Thank You for choosing the best spices TJ’s. My favorite dish is the jerk chicken, rice and peas and mixed vegetables. They have many different kinds and brands of juices to choose from. You might need a drink because the jerk chicken is spicyyyyy! My 1st review for this store was 5 yrs ago and now it’s 2023 and the taste of their food never changed. Thank goodness!
